General Services & Light Contracting
Renovation, maintenance, finishing, cleaning and getting a property market-ready
Many properties do not need a price cut — they need a week of work before being shown. Fresh paint, a fixed leak, replaced lighting and a deep clean turn a viewer's impression from "needs work" into "ready to move in", and that impression is worth real money in the final price.
Our general services division covers renovation, maintenance, finishing, cleaning and getting units market-ready for sale or rent, using technicians we have worked with for years and whose quality we know. You get a detailed written quote before anything starts, and photo updates if you are outside the city.
What the service includes
- Renovation and repair of structural faults and cracks
- Plumbing and electrical: leak repairs and panel upgrades
- Interior and exterior painting and façade improvement
- Finishing new units and preparing them for handover
- Deep cleaning before listing or after a tenant moves out
- Air-conditioning and building systems maintenance
- Preparing the unit for photography and marketing
- A written, itemised quote before any work begins

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer general services to non-brokerage clients?
Yes. You can request renovation, maintenance or cleaning entirely on its own, with no connection to our sales, rental or management services.
How long does pre-listing preparation take?
The usual package — paint, minor repairs and a deep clean — takes 4 to 10 days for an average apartment. Larger work such as kitchen refits or full re-finishing takes longer, and we set that out in the quote.
Do I pay before work starts?
The normal arrangement is a first payment at the start to cover materials, further payments by stage of completion, and a final payment after the handover inspection. All of it is written into the quote before you approve it.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. We give a workmanship warranty period that varies by type of work and fix anything that arises within it at no extra cost. The warranty is stated in the quote.
I am outside the city — how do I follow the work?
We send progress photos at agreed stages, and a video call can be arranged at any point you want to see directly. Most of our owners live outside Madinah and the process was built for that.
