Where is the Awtar Al-Nufooth office?
Our office is in Madinah on Ali Bin Abi Talib Street, Al-Rawabi district. We are open every day in two sessions: 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 11pm. Call 0538600037 or reach us on WhatsApp.
What services do you provide?
Property sales, purchases, rentals, property management, valuation and real estate marketing, alongside general services such as renovation, maintenance and preparing a property for listing.
What is your commission rate?
The customary rate in the Saudi market is 2.5% of the transaction value, payable on completion. Property management fees run 5–8% of rent collected. Everything is agreed in writing beforehand.
Do you work with owners living outside Madinah?
Yes, and they are a large share of our clients. We handle inspections, photography, letting, collection and maintenance, and send you regular reports with photos and figures. Transfers can be completed by power of attorney if you cannot attend.
How long does it take to sell or let a property?
Letting in active districts usually takes two to six weeks. Selling runs 3 to 10 weeks for a correctly priced property, and far longer when overpriced — which is why we always start with a valuation.
Are contracts officially registered?
Yes. Tenancy contracts are registered on the Ejar platform, sales transfers go through the official electronic channels, and every handover is accompanied by a photographed condition record.
