Property Management in Madinah

Rent collection, maintenance and monthly reporting — handled end to end

Property Management in Madinah

Owning a rented property looks like passive income until a leak call comes at midnight, a tenant falls three months behind, or you discover two units have been empty for two months without you noticing. Our property management means all of that reaches us first, and reaches you as an orderly monthly report.

We manage residential and commercial buildings, apartments and villas across Madinah: collecting rent on time, handling maintenance through technicians we trust, renewing contracts before they lapse and dealing with late payment calmly and lawfully. You see the numbers; we handle the detail.

Frequently asked questions

What does property management cost?

Typically between 5% and 8% of rent collected, depending on the number of units, the property type and the workload. We give you a written proposal after an inspection visit, with no hidden fees.

Do you manage whole buildings or single units?

Both. We manage entire buildings with dozens of units, and we also manage single apartments or villas for owners who live outside Madinah. The same service scales up or down with the portfolio.

What happens if a tenant falls behind on rent?

We start with a documented friendly reminder, then a formal notice, and if the delay continues we escalate through the approved legal channels. You are kept informed at every stage and no escalation happens without your knowledge.

Can I follow my property from outside the city?

Yes — that is how most of our clients operate. You receive a monthly report with figures and photos from inspection visits, and you can call or message during working hours for any detail.

Who pays for maintenance?

Structural work and major faults fall to the owner, day-to-day operational items to the tenant as set out in the contract. We agree a spending ceiling we can act within for urgent cases; anything above it needs your approval first.
